What does the consumer think?
The grand mantra of branding is the only voice that matters is that of the end consumer. IT IS IMPERATIVE we listen. Do we need tweaks to our strategy? Can we do anything better next time? Can we reclaim any losses? Can we duplicate any new successes? Did sales increase? Did brand awareness grow? You and FUEL need to track the results in order to refine our next attempt. You’re important too. While the voice of the customer is incredibly important, FUEL needs to make sure the entire process was as pleasant, rewarding and constructive for you as we can humanly achieve. ![]() |
